Announcing the Third Round of MiCR’s Cardiac Rehab Utilization QI Award!
The Michigan Cardiac Rehab Network (MiCR) is excited to launch the third round of our Cardiac Rehab Utilization Quality Improvement (QI) Award! This funding opportunity supports initiatives aimed at increasing participation in cardiac rehabilitation across Michigan.
We invite programs to submit proposals focused on innovative, sustainable strategies to improve access, enrollment, and adherence to cardiac rehab. Award recipients may receive up to $15,000 to fund their innovative project.
The RFP process is closed for 2025.
