MiCR Virtual Cardiac Rehab Demo

This virtual forum will take place on Tues., June 9, from 12-1 p.m. and will feature an abbreviated demonstration of Henry Ford Health’s virtual group CR program. The demo will review cardiac rehab practices in the virtual clinic and discuss practical solutions to common concerns. This forum is during MVC’s next scheduled cardiac rehab workgroup; attendance at this forum will still be eligible for MVC P4P workgroup credit.
