Even with automatic referrals or strong physician endorsements, many patients still stop short of enrolling. Why? For some, what\u2019s missing isn\u2019t more information, it\u2019s a sense of connection. Our goal is to foster broader conversations about the life-changing impact of cardiac rehabilitation, and to inspire those considering attendance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We need your help to make this possible<\/strong>.
